Job Description: Properly manage accounts through proper customer relationships and proper use of company procedures and processes.
Build and maintain client relationships through effective written and verbal communication during on and off program
Assist Account Managers with client public awareness, integrity management and damage prevention programs and other
projects on schedule and within budget.
Setting up, editing, managing, and completing project tasks and opportunities.
Completing quote sheet and proposals.
Managing vendor purchase orders, vendor invoices, client invoices and accounts receivables.
Effective communication by phone, email, and daily meetings.
Proficiency in the use of all Microsoft, Xchange, AGOL and other software products.
Travel as needed to industry conferences, client meetings, etc.
Job Requirements: High School Diploma or 5 or more years of experience.
Knowledge of project management processes.
Customer Service, communication, multi-tasking, attention to detail, organization, ability to work under deadlines,
Proficient in CRM, Microsoft products, Outlook
