Responsible for new product sales and services to avionics aftermarket customers: large MROs, fleet and distribution centers. Provides sales and service program support, establish and maintain positive business relationships with external key decision makers to meet customer requirements.  This position is a Remote-work opportunity.

Job Description:
  • Actively prospect and sell company products and services
  • Provide regular data driven account reviews for customers to include customer metrics and service levels
  • Review and analyze data, taking action to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with strategic customers to partnership programs/projects
  • Capture and share product and service requests and other feedback for improved customer utilization of services and product offerings
  • Remove obstacles and provide effective solutions and support to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for obtaining new services and new product development
  • Facilitate communication and flow of information with customers and internal departments
  • Travel up to 50% per year to meet customer needs
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years direct aviation experience required preferably with customer support and program management
  • Proven experience in relationship building and providing quality customer service preferably in the aviation industry
  • FAA A&P or Pilot License preferred
  • Strong sales and customer service skills required
  • Strong program/project management skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
