Redwood Firm looking for a Assistant Office Manager (Temporary, Part-Time, Flexible Hours)

Job Description:

Cover for office manager of small Redwood City litigation law firm during absences and assist with client billing, bookkeeping, filing, human resources tasks, office and kitchen maintenance, event planning, executive assistant tasks for attorneys, data entry. Duties will vary based on a person’s aptitude for more involved tasks, needs of attorneys, and paralegals for support. Fantastic opportunity for a person who desires a flexible schedule and to work on sophisticated legal matters.

Job Requirements:

High school diploma (some college or Bachelor’s degree ideal) and previous job experience working in a law firm, preferably in a role with at least some office management responsibilities. Other qualifications include administrative skills, such as data entry and organizational skills. You also need strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should have a positive attitude and be willing to adjust your daily tasks to fulfill the necessary duties at the firm. Must be team player with outgoing personalities and excellent leadership skills.
