Job Description:

The person in this role supports multiple transactions in the firm’s core affordable housing practice area, reporting to the firm’s Partners and interacting as required with other Associates, Project Coordinators, and administrative staff members.

Job Requirements:

Requires advanced legal analysis and transactional skills in the following areas of law: real estate, corporate governance, secured real estate transactions, low-income housing tax credits, and partnership taxation.
