Job Description: Primary responsibilities include establishing best practices related to the firm’s services to its clients, cultivating client relationships, and providing both proactive and reactive client support. Serve as a liaison between the firm and clients, maintaining channels of communication, and processing relevant feedback.

Job Requirements:
