Manage job sites, overseeing restoration, reconstruction and mitigation of disaster based projects.
Supervise Technician (who supervises the local labor crew) and is responsible for monitoring project costs and handling all the paperwork and making sure it gets to the Project Manager on a timely basis.
Travel 50% of the time in the Atlanta region; typically a 4-6 hour drive radius; occasionally more, fly if necessary.
5 Day projects or less, while on the job site, they will work hard and all hours.
Not required to report to an office or do busywork.
2 years of water/fire restoration and mitigation experience.
IICRC certification is HIGHLY preferred.
Experience managing on-site jobs.
All new hires trained with an experienced Crew Chief and Project Manager.
On their first job in the field, an experienced Crew Chief will be there to assist him/her.
