Job Description:

Estimate and negotiate bids.
Conceptualize projects and design-build proposals.
Meet with potential clients to assess their needs for a project and provide budgetary pricing.
Create takeoff, estimating and cost analysis worksheets to ensure efficiency.
Provide sales management while building and maintaining a high performance sales organization to effectively achieve business objectives.
Prescribe solutions that provide immediate ROI while instituting a strategy for maximum business value and service optimization.
Accelerate revenue and profit growth with increase in the sales pipeline through the development and implementation of sales strategies including the deployment of new sales teams and services.
Define potential customer base, make business and consumer sales calls, monitor customer needs and increase customer base.
Create accountability measures and track progress.
Develop and implement sales plans for target penetration of the market, coordinate all regional sales and promotional efforts.
Conduct training programs to educate sales professionals.

Job Requirements:

5+ years of construction estimating, residential and commercial.
2+ years experience in construction project management and/or supervisory.
2+ years experience in Sales (ideal).
Strong communication and business development aptitude.
Relationship building and ability to develop rapport with vendors, subcontractors and customers.
