Looking for a team oriented individual to join the Wichita office as an Administrative Assistant. This full time position will assist in a variety of tasks related to Operations, Human Resources, and Firm events.

Job Description:

Provide overall support to the Human Resource administrative team:

  • Assisting with basic recruiting and onboarding including maintaining the applicant tracking system
  • Supporting time and attendance procedures
  • Scanning and data entry
  • Scheduling events and meetings
  • Coordinating internal Firm events onsite and offsite
  • Preparing correspondence
  • Managing the Firm training software
Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
  • Previous Administrative Assistant experience
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
