Primary Information Systems Training resource for the San Francisco and Palo Alto offices of global law firm. The Information Systems Trainer is responsible for analyzing needs and developing and delivering appropriate training and information to attorneys and staff. Hybrid W-F-H schedule.

Job Description:
  • Research, plan, organize and deliver training programs.
  • Write materials for training programs; evaluate, learn and make recommendations for changes to latest programs and software upgrades.
  • Distribute training aids such as bulletins, QuickCards and handouts.
  • Maintain communication with offices to effectively determine training needs.
  • Provide platinum-level service in training and support.
  • Execute certification training program to required staff.
  • Work closely with Global Services personnel to implement smooth software rollouts.
  • Participate in firm wide projects including regression testing, analysis of business needs, prototyping of software, research and development of best practices and analysis of user reaction.
Job Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience delivering technical training to corporate level participants in the legal industry is required.
  • Solid knowledge of the Windows 10 operating system, Microsoft Office 2019, Adobe Acrobat, iManage applications and various smartphone devices is required.
  • Experience with Apple iOS devices as well as legal applications such as Aderant Expert Time, Litera Compare and Best Authority is a plus.
  • 4-year college degree and Microsoft certifications in Office 2016/2019 are preferred.
  • Camtasia, Captivate or other eLearning video-production software experience a plus.
