Job Requirements: Excellent computer skills (namely, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook) are necessary. Excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as ability to multi-task are also essential. Prior experience in state and federal defense litigation is preferred. Experience with United States District Court procedures and electronic filing would be beneficial. Minimum of 3 - 5 years prior law firm experience is required.
