Job Requirements: Minimum of 3 - 5 years of continuous litigation experience working at a California law firm.Must be proficient using MS Office 2010 products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), Windows, have a minimum typing speed of 50 WPM and be familiar with time entry, billing systems, ECF, State and Federal Court rules, and eDocs. Must have excellent grammar, communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and prioritize to meet deadlines.Energetic self-starters who are highly customer service oriented and can work in a fast-paced, team environment.Substantive experience with high-level support of partners and associates.
