The Manager of Transformation will work with executives and functional leaders supporting the business to execute on a wide variety of strategic and transformative projects aimed at achieving the strategic and financial objectives of the business and preparing the business for the future. The Manager / Director may be asked to drive business transformation efforts, new revenue-generating initiatives, or analytics across one or more functions.

The Manager will not only get to frame the initiative scope and strategy but will also lead the execution of the recommendations. In this process, the Manager / Director will lead the execution teams drawn from the functions.

Job Description:
  • Follow up and execute on the initiatives identified in the playbook as a part of the annual operating plan.
  • Lead 2-3 high priority projects. Work will include framing / defining the opportunity, creation of associated workstreams, mapping project timeline and deliverables, resourcing of workstreams and ongoing oversight in an effort to meet timeline within budget.
  • Lead preparation of materials and present at meetings up to and including the leadership team to ensure input is facilitated and incorporated at key development milestones.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities across projects, including identifying root causes of issues within the current state, and identifying key future state requirements and changes.
  • Lead conception, scope definition, and execution of various types of strategic and operational business transformation initiatives, ranging from Corporate and Operational Strategy to Process Improvement.
  • Provide proactive and engaged leadership on key projects designed to increase revenue, reduce expenses, enhance business efficiency, and improve customer experience; and
  • Develop both short-term and long-term recommendations and execution plans to drive business results.
Job Requirements:
  • 5+ years of work experience, with strong preferences for some combination of: − Management consulting experience − In-house transformation experience − Strategic planning and / or strategic portfolio management with a PE firm.
  • Must be a strong communicator, both verbal and written, with executive presence and the ability to influence across functions and at all levels of an organization.
  • Have demonstrated presentation skills, including familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint, MS Project experience a bonus but not required.
  • Be highly organized and able to provide positive leadership across multiple work streams in a fast-paced, complex global working environment.
  • Have demonstrated project management skills with an emphasis on integrating multiple work outputs into a unified
    deliverable and executive narrative.
  • Possess demonstrated organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have structured thinking, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adjust priorities as needed in order to meet deadlines; and
  • Demonstrate a high level of independent judgment and proactivity.
