Prestigious organization in Northeast Wichita Kansas looking for an Office Administrator to oversee office management and financial transaction.

Job Description:
  • Serve as point person for all administrative duties, office management and technology systems
  • Perform financial transactions, A/R, A/P, and bank reconciliations for multiple companies
  • Create operational procedures and schedules
  • Coordinate, troubleshoot, and support all technology systems
  • Liaison with various vendors, property management, technology, office equipment, furniture, etc.
  • Manages in-house and off-site meeting conferences and other activities
  • Manage travel (charter) arrangements
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years Office Manager or Executive Administrative experience required
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Experience with A/R, A/P and bank reconciliations required
  • Excellent time management skills with an ability to multi-task and prioritize work duties
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
