Innovative company that provides regulatory compliance services for industrial operators in the US and Canada is looking for a motivated Sales Manager.

Job Description:
  • Identify leads, call, email, present, develop proposal and close proposals. Company has a lead outreach system that will be utilized and the majority of leads will be handed to the person.
  • Create effective communications by phone, email, and daily meetings.
  • Educate company employees on any new industry and regulatory trends or changes.
  • Proficiency in the use of all Microsoft and other software products.
  • Interact appropriately with supervisors, coworkers and vendors.
  • Manage all sales meeting agenda items.
  • Travel as required.
  • Handle stress and interact appropriately and successfully with supervisors, co-workers, customers, clients, vendors, and others with whom employee interacts.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Proven sales abilities a must.
  • Knowledge of company services and the sales process.
  • Prefer at least 3-5 years of related work experience.
  • Customer service skills, communication skills, multi-tasking, attention to detail, organization, sales.
  • Charismatic personality.
