Job Description:

A nationally recognized leader in the field of financing affordable housing projects seeks a senior tax attorney to join their San Francisco Bay Area practice.
The position will work primarily with our Low Income Housing Tax Credit team and will focus on the development and financing of affordable housing.

Job Requirements:
  • Requires a minimum of ten years of experience in real estate secured transactions, including 5+ years of experience with an affordable housing tax credit practice.
  • Successful candidates will have experience in partnership taxation, with an emphasis on Low Income Housing Tax Credits, real estate financing, housing law, California nonprofit law, and general corporate activities.
  • Experience with Historic Tax Credits and New Markets Tax Credits a plus.
